We're delighted to send our handcrafted pieces from our Nairobi studio to your doorstep. Each item is carefully packaged with love and attention to detail.

Please note that all shipping costs listed below are estimates and may vary based on package dimensions, weight, and destination. Final shipping costs will be calculated and confirmed during checkout.

All prices are displayed in US Dollars ($) but can be converted to your local currency during checkout. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

Kenya & East Africa

Free shipping on all orders within Kenya. Typically arrives in 2-3 business days.

East African countries:

  • Standard: 5-8 business days ($15-30)
  • Express: 2-4 business days ($35-55)

Rest of Africa

For all other African countries:

  • Standard: 7-10 business days ($30-50)
  • Express: 3-5 business days ($60-85)

Europe

Complimentary shipping on orders over $300.

All European countries:

  • Standard: 7-12 business days ($35-50)
  • Express: 3-6 business days ($60-85)

International

We ship worldwide with joy! Delivery times vary by location.

Americas:

  • Standard: 10-14 business days ($45-60) 
  • Express: 5-7 business days ($75-90) 

Asia & Oceania: 

  • Standard: 10-18 business days ($50-65)
  • Express: 5-9 business days ($80-100) 

Middle East:

  • Standard: 10-14 business days ($45-60) 
  • Express: 5-7 business days ($80-95) 

A Note on Customs & Duties 

For international orders, please note that import duties and taxes aren't included in our prices or shipping costs. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient, but we'll help guide you through any questions you might have—just reach out! 

We'll always provide you with final shipping costs in your order confirmation email before processing your payment. If you need a precise shipping quote before placing an order, feel free to contact us with your location and desired items.

Please note: All sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. 

Thoughtful Purchases

As a sustainable brand committed to reducing waste, we carefully create each piece to order. For this reason, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. We kindly ask that you consider your purchase thoughtfully. 

We provide detailed measurements and descriptions for all our pieces to help you make informed decisions. If you need any assistance with sizing or have questions about a specific item, we'd be delighted to help before you place your order. 

No Refunds Policy 

As each of our pieces is crafted with intention and to order, we maintain a strict no-refunds policy. All sales are final once your order is placed and payment is processed. 

In the rare case that you've received an item that's damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can address the situation appropriately with our shipping partners.
